The Benedettino is a very special cheese, unique in its genre.
It’s produced entirely with high quality cow milk from Cuneo, with an aging that varies from 4 months to 1 year. But its distinctive characteristic is another one.
The rest of Benedettino takes place entirely inside real beeswax. This maturation instills an incredibly round aroma to this cheese, with sweet perfumes and flowery notes, that become stronger with longer aging.
